Submission format and Guidelines

1. All manuscripts submitted for publication consideration must be clearly written in excellent English, French, Igbo or any other major African language and must not be more than 6000 words, including references. Papers must be original – not previously published or currently under review for publication in any other journal or in a book.
2. All manuscripts should include a separate identification page with the title of paper, name(s) of author(s), full institutional (University/Department) name and mailing address, email address, phone number(s) and an abstract. The Abstract should be no more than 250 words, with 4-6 keywords from the paper identified below it. Authors must ensure that none of the personal identification information on the identification page appears in any other part of the manuscript.
3. Papers written in other languages than English should be accompanied with an English version of the abstract.
4. Papers/manuscripts should be sent in Microsoft Word Document. All figures, images, special symbols, tables, etc., should appear in their appropriate locations and be embedded in the text.
5. Referencing: Referencing and in-text citations should adhere strictly to either the current APA or MLA style. All notes should be explained at end of the article as endnotes; not footnotes.
6. Submission timelines for the four issues of the Journal are as follow:

• Papers to be considered for the January Issue: to be submitted from 1^st July to 31^st October.
• Papers to be considered for the April Issue: to be submitted from 1^st October to 31^st January.
• Papers to be considered for the July Issue: to be submitted from 1^st January to 30 April.
• Papers to be considered for the October Issue: to be submitted from 1^st April to 31^st July
